Ingredients

โ๏ธ 4 cups water
โ๏ธ 2 tbsp chili powder
โ๏ธ 2 tbsp ground cumin
โ๏ธ ยฝ tsp sugar
โ๏ธ 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
โ๏ธ 2 tsp cider vinegar
โ๏ธ 1 ยฝ tsp salt
For the Chili Cheese Quesadillas:
โ๏ธ 12 flour tortillas
โ๏ธ 1 can chopped green chiles
โ๏ธ 1 ยฝ cups shredded cheddar cheese
โ๏ธ Oil, for cooking
Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Prep the Pinto Beans
๐ฅ Boil dried pinto beans in a large pot for 2 minutes.
โณ Remove from heat and let them stand for 1 hour.
๐ฆ Drain and rinse thoroughly.
2๏ธโฃ Cook the Beef & Veggies
