โ๏ธ Onion powder, to taste

โ๏ธ 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
โ๏ธ 4 medium zucchini, sliced โ

For the Salsa Verde
โ๏ธ 3 tomatoes
โ๏ธ 2 tomatillos
โ๏ธ 3 serrano chiles
โ๏ธ 2 garlic cloves
โ๏ธ A handful of fresh cilantro
Instructions
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Salsa Verde

Boil the tomatoes, tomatillos, and serrano chiles in a small pot until they soften.
๐ง Blend the boiled ingredients with garlic cloves and cilantro until smooth. Set aside.
